8.Ensures that all administrative transactions and arrangements of the in-country contract among consortium partners are in compliance with applicable laws and major contract between DFID and Plan UKNO office.
9.Reviews all contractual arrangements related to programmatic support to ensure that terms and conditions of all contracts are being adhered to by the service providersINGO (Plan, Unilever and Wateraid).
10.Monitor compliance with Plan UKNO contracts and Plan International policies and procedures in financial and administrative matters.
11.Ensure and follow up of the agreed system appraisalsaudit by the DFID Independent verifier e-Pact recommendations.
12.Contribute in monitoring the implementation of activities through field visits, work planning and knowledge management. Advice to consortium partners on agreed program and financial, internal control mechanism to consortium partners offices as well as implementing partners staff.
13.Handling all financial and administrative requirements of CCU- Country Coordination Unit from Lead partners (Plan, Wateraid and Unilever) to Plan UKNO Office.
14.Coordinate with Government officials of all provinces and head of all consortium partners for steering committee meeting.
15.Process documentation for approval of expenditure.
16.Coordinate with finance unit at Islamabad and UK office for payments to the vendors.
17.Coordinate with admin unit for timely arrangement for the eventstraining, booking venue, logistic arrangement of Government and lead partners head, refreshments, meeting materials etc.
18.Close liaison with office managerprogram managers in organizing training and events across the output and outcome phase of the project.
19.Maintain the project administration and ensure that all required documents are properly filled to support the internal audit and appraisal of CCU and consortium partners activities.

 Monitor compliance with Plan UKNO contracts and Plan International policies and procedures in financial and administrative matters.
 Ensure and follow up of the agreed system appraisals\audit by the DFID Independent verifier “e-Pact” recommendations.

 Planning & monitoring budget as per Plan International systems involving estimating & reporting on budgetary approvals Responsible for scrutinizing Lead Partners Financial & Technical Reports and providing reports to the Plan UK Office.
 Reviewing quarterly budgetary variance, making adjustments in the budget and creating grant funding source reports to match the financial activities of the lead consortium partners.
