Human Resources (HR) Officer is responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including onboarding and offboarding of new staff members. Also assist with payroll management, so employees receive their paychecks on time. Assist with stationary, utilities, ptcl bills, and many administrative work.
Support employee onboarding & offboarding processes. Provide support to HR Team members on various administrative tasks. Keeping records of office supply & stationary. Manage all Paper work of new joining staff. Coordinate with finance department in payroll preparation. Manage employee leave records and personal files. Prepare paperwork for staff recruitment, confirmation, promotion, offer, re-designation, salary revision and full & final termination. Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves) according to policy and legal requirements. Screening candidates and arrange interview.
