Providing technical support and guidance throughout the project cycle including the stages of needs identification, designing of activities, capitalization, and report writing
Verifying and finalizing the WASH activity reports, including but not limited to intermediary and final donor reports with regard to the WASH sector
Leading the WASH sector meeting by representing PUI at national and regional Cluster level/working groups, and relevant stakeholders such as the ministry of rural rehabilitation and development
Participating as Strategic/Technical Review Committee (SRC/TRC) member for WASH Cluster to review the WASH proposals for Afghanistan Humanitarian Fund (AHF) managed by Humanitarian Financing Unit (HFU) of the United Nation (UN) office for the coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA).
As a WASH Advisor, providing support in developing concept note/proposals, WASH strategy, SOPs/guidelines/TORs for activities, and introducing different community-driven approaches i.e. CLTS/ Market base approaches-CASH programming
Developing and supporting teams on soft components such as Risk communication and Community Engagement(RCCE), hygiene promotion by adopting contextual knowledge and information
Developing different tools, checklists by keeping gender consideration throughout the project cycle

Achievements: For resource mobilization took lead on the Concept note, proposal for WASH and submitted it to the WASH cluster for AHF 2021 allocations (UN-OCHA) which was approved.  Provided support on ECHO, BHA, AHF (OCHA), and CDCS proposals to secure funding. Tools developed for different surveys. Recruited competent staff for WASH and build capacity. Work on needs assessment, analysis, and remain alert of the new crisis.

Led Covid-19 response focusing for WASH sector in close coordination with Health department, District Administration, TMAs, PDMA, and relevant Cluster/Working Groups. I Provided technical support to the design, implementation & monitoring of the WASH infrastructure & hygiene (using different WASH approaches) components of Building Disaster Resilience in Pakistan (BDRP). I led the capacity building Programme for consortium Members (IRC, ACTED, DWHH) on technical standards and compliance as well as coordination mechanism established.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:

As part of BDRP- PIU ensured that standards of technical quality in line with best international practice and technically appropriate to the operating context also led the Technical Working Group (TWG) for the Program

Achievements: My main achievement is that I have completed more than 50 Projects including (WASH, Shelter, and Health) worth 3 Million USD per Project average with Concern worldwide funded by OFDA.
