Monitoring of 400+ branches, ensure the camera\'s are proper function & recoding.
Confirm branches EBAS activation, resolve Armed/Disarmed issue in coordination with branch staff and concern security vendors.
Handling and taking of alarm signals of EBAS (Electronic burglar alarm system).
Handling guarding issues & Responsible to intimate the emergent situation to Report to Regional Security Officer and Head of Security.
Ensure that all security equipment’s is operational and meets the security requirements of the branches.
In case of emergency, Route the QRF (Quick response force) and Police.
Maintain accurate logs and daily reports all over the branches.

Senior Executive Admin & Surveillance (Retail Division Zellbury)
Lead Security, Admin & Safety issues overall outlets report to GM Admin.
Handling Security companies’ issues. Managed armed guards deployed by Security Company overall outlets.
Monitor outlets through CCTV cameras for the security and identify the miss management issues.
Assisting the HR department in verifying staff wages and payroll issues and spot check head count of staff.
Ensure monthly inspection of Fire extinguisher.
Ensure Repair and properly monthly maintenance of all installed Air Conditioners, UPS, Generators, & Cameras all our Pakistan outlets.

Maintain incident reports & Daily Base cameras status.
Provide Video Backup if required and demand by Security Manager.
ATM monitoring SBL all Pakistan and action against all illegal activities e.g. robbery, Snatching, scheming.
