•Trained more than 1000+ women in Punjab and Sindh on production technology of project crops.•Group formation of women in 12 districts of Pakistan for trainings with local representatives.•Conduct and monitor trainings implementation according to set criteria and tools provided.•Provide support to the enumerators regarding training process, key informants detail and tools in order to ensure required understanding of the process and information needed.•Plays role in MNE process.•Estimate training targets and design work plan for their accomplishment.•Develop training curricula/modules/material in English and Urdu containing mainly pictorial illustrations for better understanding of trainees who are hardly literate.•Develop comprehensive strategy and methodology for delivery of trainings.•Deliver interactive & field based practical trainings for better learning and improvement of trainees\' skills.•Contribute to knowledge management and sharing activities within project, with USDA, other implementing partners, and with government.•Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual work plan, budgets and expenditure for related activity and also produce program and financial reports to share with management.•Work closely with field team and project staff to develop annual work plans aligned with annual and life of project targets.•Identify and manage partnerships that contribute both sustainable and inclusive benefits to smallholder farmers and to anticipated project results•Collaborate with communications team to visualize and disseminate important findings.
