ICAD Officer (OG-II)
Preparation of documents & performing operational activities
Review of Credit Approvals, Issuance of check off list, Facility Acceptance Letter and set of loan documentation as per approval.
Review and ensure perfection of all provided documents including Security/Support documents to secure the bank’s interest before disbursement of loan, timely issuance of DACs and input of Limits within standard TAT.
Scanning and uploading of disbursed cases in DAS on real time basis and on web portal accordingly and documented follow-up of CAD Exceptions.
Ensure proper safe in and safe custody in vault of all documents including security/collateral of a disbursed case.
Ensure timely/accurate disbursement of cases, Feeding of Limits & Collaterals in the system and Monitoring of data Cleansing, Monitoring of Overdue and Mark-up Verification of the Credit Portfolio.
Preparation/ Submission of accurate MIS reports within due date and ensure that all exceptions in the system are updated on real time basis
CAD officer (Level-2)
Check the Documentation of Mortagage property in favor of BankIslami Pakistan Limited
File the Security Documents along with proposal to keep in safe custody.
Release the Security/Property documents after the proper approval of delegated authority.
Responsible for preparing and checking of the facility and security documentation.
Ensure TAT met for preparation of documents as per Process Flow.
Maintain MIS of all cases (i.e Fresh, Renewal, Annual Review)
