Roll out Manager
Strategically positioned to ensure detailed planning of each project, optimize capacity, strategize all resources, implementation, project status reporting, risk mitigations, monitoring and controlling, meeting short and long term strategic goals and targets.
Strengthen the process of audit conducted to cross-verify the executed works on sites to ensure delivery from vendors as per standards. Prepare work related SOWs and BoQs to arrange vendor services to meet project targets. Build collaborative rapport with commercial, Sales and QoS departments to resolve customer complaints in time by providing optimized In-Building coverage solutions. Develop synergies with Company’s prime Vendors like Huawei, Ericsson, ZTE, etc. to meet project time scales and quality of works. • Steered efforts towards planning and managing complete civil works on new sites including layout preparation, site design through consultants, site build out along with power works and ATP with vendor & operation teams.
• Provided technical inputs for the detailed maintenance of existing BTS and MSC locations (civil / tower), Genset & power installations / upgrades, telecom equipment installation & commissioning.
• Steered strategies, propose and execute tactics to manage the complete Fiber deployment project (civil works including Fiber laying, on-site CW readiness) & LDI Nodes installation, commissioning and handing over to operations team.
