I am a results-oriented professional with a proven track record consistently achieving significant results in the education and vocational training sectors. Notably, I secured more than 12 grants from International donors like Malala Fund, IDRF, UNICEF, WHH, USIP, Penny Appeal and Concern Worldwide while working with 03 development organizations during my tenure. I played a key role in training 0f more 25620 individuals in Conventional and High-Tech courses as part of the Prime Minister's Youth Skills Development Program at NAVTTC. I led the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Assessments for 35 TEVT institutes, resulting in certifications for 3,520 individuals. Furthermore, I successfully established 20 SMART-Tech labs, significantly enhancing the technical education infrastructure in Sindh.
My experience managing the PMMS Portal and NVQF Portal, conducting assessments of assessors for RPL and Takamul programs, and monitoring the implementation of Rapid Fund-III, Alif Ailaan work plans demonstrates my commitment to achieving results and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders.
