·       In charge of testing and commissioning (T&C) for OCS/SCADA and COMMS on System level
·       Coordination of T&C for interfaces between OCS/SCADA and all subsystems (COMMS, TPS, ECS, FPS, TVS, ATC, AFC, etc.)

Coordinate with overall sub system T&C team for all necessary actions/activities to be implemented in order to perform FAT, SAT and SIT for OCS/SCADA interface tests
Follow up of the PCR and NCR raised during Factory acceptance test (FAT) of all malfunctioning or defects
Witness Factory acceptance testing (FAT), Site Integration Test (SIT) & Site acceptance testing (SAT)
Review and comment testing document produced by sub-systems
Preparation and submission of T&C weekly/monthly plan/schedule, weekly reports and progress update
Monitor performance and progress of subcontractor’s activities according project milestone and KPI indicators
Manage interface test matrix and compliance register by tracking and notifying all defected material/design/performance/functionality observed during T&C activity according Quality plan
Plan, coordinate and execute the site tests of the participating Units
Coordinate the necessary means for the realization of the systems tests, being understood that each participating Unit (either Alstom or contractor) provides the staff and test tools for their own equipment
Participate and organize the “readiness reviews” of the participating units, which are a mandatory preliminary to the systems tests
Follow-up the corrective actions mandatory before the systems tests start
Create and manage action plans corresponding to malfunctioning of the system, aiming to reach the contractual performances targets

 
Ø  SCADA:

Testing and commissioning of SCADA and Interfaced subsystems
Leading testing and validation of all IO points between 3rd party equipment to the RTU
Pre-commissioning works (checking the RTUs, terminations and wiring (Optical fiber/Cat6) in both the local cabinet and between 3rd parties against schedules)
Perform the Site Integration Testing activities for SCADA system and various interfaces involving Client and Partners
Validating the interfaces between SCADA package and others sub systems like Energy (TPS, SPS, BPS), Tunnel ventilation system,DSS, AFC, BACS, PSD etc
Recommend necessary changes or modifications to the Test procedures and Test cases based on the Test results or requirements
Demonstrate the System Functionality of the SCADA System to the Client and Operators.
Investigate the faults found during Site Integration Testing to provide a first analysis for the offshore team and raise the Change Request (PCR).
Configuration Moxa DA-682 A “Industrial Embedded Computer” for Substation power supply and Traction Power supply testing and commissioning. Substation power system include 33kv line, Auto transformer, Aux transformer, Battery and UPS system
Preparation of Final report for submission to the client.
