I'm extremely well versed in English language, from grammar to spoken to... you get it.
I use English as a substitute for my shortfalls in Urdu.
Alongside English, I'm great with computers, both with hardware and software diagnosis, as well as various everyday softwares used at many professional and personal levels without an issue.
Transcription and data entry is one of my skills. 110 WPM on average.
However, I can not program. (yet)
I'm also comfortable and motivated in my customer care/handling skills. Confidence depends on the related fields, but that is not an issue.
