I belong to a well known businessman family in our district. Therefore during my bachelor I started work as a part time in my father’s business. After completing my Masters degree from 2014 I have started to look after my father’s business as a full time job. I start up with the responsibility of marketing department in which I conduct the market research. Then after analyzing the report I built up the workforce to achieve our goals. Gained a lot of experience in management, team leadership, customer satisfaction , cost minimization, promotional activities & planning the targets to achieve.

Marketing base experience work:

• In 2011 Conduct a market Research analysis on local city base
• Develop a competitive strategy for entry level sale.
• In 2014 after completing my qualification properly segmented the local city into sectors.
• Develop a strategy for product focus in a multi range category.
• Develop targets to be delivered to the entire team.
• Develop the targets on monthly basis.

Cost optimization base work:

• Set up the targets by cutting off the unusual expenses.
• Develop a strategy of payroll for sale department.
• Set up product base scheme system for short time period to boost up the volume.

Administrative base work:

• Set up analysis report of financial statements.
• Develop a strategy for long term running with the collaboration of budgeting plan.
