Support system issues for major call center operations. Check all hardware and software issues and resolve them. AssessIP tables and assign addresses to new and old systems. Monitor network resources and maintain daily weekly and monthlyreports for servers network and VoIP. Check network outage issues and coordinate with operations to escalate issue. Responsible for complex provisioning, advanced maintenance, data replication, disaster recovery, data migration anddocumentation for our Open Systems Storage and Backup environments. Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, servicing and repair of complexequipment and systems. Work with other Engineering disciplines to develop Reference Architectures and technology standards based onInfrastructure Building Blocks that can be offered as services to our Internal customers. Participate in “On-call” support rotation. Monitor network performance and infrastructure via various NMS (Nagios,PFsense, Unifi, STG and Ntop). Strong, hands-on technical and engineering expertise allied with business acumen.
Manage system server, troubleshooting office systems, maintain local area network.etc
