·         Main Tasks & Responsibilities as part of the project’s social mobilization team under the direct supervision of the SSO and the Project Manager, the incumbent of the post will have the following responsibilities
·         Preparing weekly, monthly, and overall DIP under the direct supervision of SSO, to identify stakeholders, potential leaders, influential, and decision P makers/opinion makers in the assigned working area. Assist in developing a social mobilization strategy and spatial planning for donor-funded projects.
·         Introduce Qatar Charity\\\\\\\'s program to the local communities and the formation of local WASH Committees. To begin with a baseline survey of target communities, and continue to monitor social change and new social information relevant to community empowerment Develop a profile of the villages/area
·         Working on PRE KAP and POST KAP surveys in communities, using PRA tools for ODF triggering, preparing movs such as honorium sheets and identification and assessments in communities for implementing WASH related project
·         To provide community leaders with management skills and knowledge (about CLTS and hygiene) in getting community members interested, organized, and motivated To motivate and encourage potential leaders to talk to their fellow community members about unity and self-reliance Maintaining good relations with communities, notables, and local contact persons to involve them in project activities and seek their support wherever required
·         Identification of beneficiaries for hygiene kit distribution Daily oral report from activities for base Program
·         Facilitate the community in Project Planning, Implementation and Monitoring and Evaluation
·         Supervise logistic arrangement of timely distribution tools and equipment’s and consumable for trainees
·         Participate in Behavior Change Communication (BCC) sessions and awareness Training of community base hygiene mobilizers on hygiene messages

·         Under the guidance of the Project Manager, monitor and coordinate the operational planning and implementation of key livelihood activities under the food for assistance project
·         Within the specific area of responsibility, prepare a range of reports and data analysis (e.g. food assistance needs, resource utilization, programme status, performance) and highlight trends/issues ensuring deliverables adhere to corporate standards and quality control
·         Develop and implement livelihood activities and raise anything to adjust according to the context
·         Facilitate community engagement on the project based on humanitarian principles
·         Oversee cash, and other market-based modalities to achieve project objectives
·         Preparing a tool for market monitoring during the implementation of project
·         Complete deliverable to specification and within time line
·         Contribute to the preparation and checking of BoQs for livelihood related activities and make sure it is accurate and clear.
·         Modern agricultural technologies related to climate change
·         Community resiliency programming especially with farmers
Private sector investments in Agriculture and Climate Change

1.     Assist MIS Manager in data collection, Data Cleansing and Data consolidation. Capacity to ensure quality data processing and identifying and addressing issues with data collected.
2.     Liaise with the database teams in the field and provide some technical and procedural assistance if required.
3.     Should be able to manage and supervise data entry process in the field to meet project deadlines.
4.     Respond to information requested from Coordination team.
5.     Have good communication skills along with output orientated.
6.     Can work under pressure, willing to work overtime when meeting hard deadlines.
7.     Have a good understanding of database concepts, writing SQL queries and producing summary reports when required.
8.     Able to work on database tools especially on MS ACCESS and MS Excel.
9.     Should be able to respond to any other related task assigned by the Database Manager.
10.  Should be able to modify/update database according to field requirements.
11.  Should follow the process and procedures as defined within the organization.
12.  Should have demonstrated experience working with research data/data base management or equivalent academic experience.

·         Can identify insect, pests and their related diseases.
·         Can identify diseases carrying insect in animals and human beings.
·         Knowledge of pesticides and their proper usage.
·         Safety precautions related to pesticides and first aid.
·         Work with plant pathologists, pest control workers and must have a solid knowledge of fields such as genetics, horticulture and microbiology

·         To actively engage in the beneficiary selection process under the guidance of Deputy Program Manager 
·         To provide support to the Deputy Program Manager for the design of the food security activities (gardens, livestock farming, etc.)
·         To provide support to the Deputy Program Manager in the design of the trainings to be provided to food security program participants
·         To conduct food security activities in the field under the guidance of the Line Manager (input distribution, trainings, set up, maintenance, monitoring, reporting, etc.)
·         To conduct household visits, focus group discussions and key informant interviews upon the request of Deputy Program Manager.
·         Monitor the conformity of the field works (trainings, field visits, meeting, etc.) with the standards of Against Hunger, and as per the agreed activity planned, BoQs and contracts.
·         To support the Deputy Program Manager and FSL Program Manager in the technical evaluation of the agricultural material.
·         Ensure the timely implementation of field works as per the predefined schedule.
·         Inform and document the anomalies and the challenges carried out during the implementation phase of the program.
Field coordination in the field with the local partners on best implementation including participants, local farmers and communities affected by the project activities
