概要

I have over 12 years of experience in Software Quality assurance (Manual + Automated) including around 3 years of experience in managing DevOps and Customer Support practices for Web Apps, Mobile Apps and Desktop Apps. I worked for start ups as well as fully established companies.

Currently I am working in a company where i was given task to establish QA department and was able to recruit, train these resources and able to establish process and best practices and in return we successfully launched our application and out of 77 launched we did within 1 year of time there was zero roll-back and zero critical issues identified which i really feel proud. I have given additional responsibility to manage DevOps and customer support team based in Singapore, India, and Columbia.
