Project: Bahria Golf City
1. Served as Chief Projects Coordinator directly reporting to Senior Executive Director to coordinate design and construction on 4+ projects, and contribute to company improvements in workflow, methods of work execution and continuation of monitoring plans.  
2. Managed a team of 8+ QC inspectors and assured quality of all infrastructure works like roads, services, drainage and retaining structures.
3. Monitored and coordinated the activities of contractors to provide progress appraisal report to Director Works that helped address any deviation from planned progress.
4. Assisted in the development and updating of department standards and procedures, while assisting the Project Manager with coordination and planning of team activities including resource management.
6. Reviewed quality records, test reports and supported fitness of materials for use.
Project: Bahria Enclave – II (Phase II)
1. Monitored and ensured adherence to the Quality Management System in a Multimillion-Dollar Housing Society project.
2. Assisted in the evaluation and shortlisting of qualified contractors, coordinated with related disciplines with regards to preparation of drawings, and was responsible for post-award activities including conducting kick-off meetings, and coordinated all contract submittal and correspondence. 3. With a team of QC inspectors, supervised quality of all infrastructure related works such as drainage, water supply, sewerage, walkways, retaining structures and laying of asphalt.
4. Ensured that all project activities were in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, specifications, and all applicable standards.
6. Actively engaged with contractors in the form of weekly meetings on any issues relating to quality on the project which helped add on to the speedy progress of work.
7. To enhance quality performance and improvement across the project, assisted and supported construction site supervisors in all aspects of quality.
8. Collected and verified contractors’ monthly IPCs based on approved RFIs in a timely manner and processed them with the QS Department.
9. Coordinated contract close out including final documentation to ensure smooth closure of contracts.
10. Prepared and tracked primavera schedule plan to monitor progress and pace of work which not only helped in effectively managing the resources but also aided in controlling the budget.  
11. Ensured weekly coverage of the project activities through UAV/Drone and converted them into informative progress videos.
12. Prepared weekly progress presentations constituting of 100+ slides to share with the CEO.
Project: Executive Lodges, Khaira Gali, KPK
1. Supervised construction of an Anchored RCC Retaining Wall having dimensions 40’x24’x1’ in place of a failed RR stone masonry wall section. 2. Closely monitored drilling of 8 Anchors up to 70FT in 2 layers using DTH machine, lowering of 6-strand steel wire cage and carrying out gravity grouting.  
3. Ensured the provision of dry-stone filter layer along with Geo-Textile SP-56 to accommodate effective drainage.
3. Supervised post-tensioning of anchors after 28 days at 400KN load.
Project: Bahria Enclave – II
1. Supervised activities of workers engaged in spreading, rolling, and tamping of 10,000+ tons of asphalt on collector streets. 2. Supervised Geo-technical Investigation of 420,000 Sq.ft area for Naya Pakistan Housing Society.
3. Worked in close coordination with our Lab department and monitored all kinds of field tests to ensure quality of work.

1. Monitored Piling and Anchoring of soldier piles 2. Inspected reinforcement as per BBS in Pile Caps, Shear Walls, Columns, retaining walls, Flat slabs, SOGs, Coupling Beams, Ramps and Staircases. 3. Monitored mass concrete pouring including field tests of up to 20,000 cubic meters. 4. Conducted various tests such as Field Density Test by Sand Replacement, Compressive Strength Tests of concrete cylinders, Tensile Strength of Grade-60 reinforcement, Calibration of Batching Plant, Non-destructive tests of failed concrete structures followed by testing of sample cores and Sonic Pile Testing for pile integrity. 5. Prepared Daily Progress Report and logging of daily activities.
