Involved in elaborated trials of MORAN and O3B. Successfully integrated NORTH BSCs & RNCs with CMPAK Core, HLR, VLR & Service platforms. Responsible for all 3G/4G projects and targets assisting TL within the North region by keeping all stakeholders/departments/vendors intact. Actively participated in TP USF solar extreme remote sites solutions, RMS & Solar charge controller.

Remain involved in multiple trials and CFT member for LTE/3G Dual Carrier deployment/RET/RCU/Sector split deployment/RF Bandpass filters/LTE MIMO/SISO IBS implementation. Monitoring OMMR KPI’s of network through NETNUMEN EMS and carving way outs for degradations keeping RF in loop. Have sound knowledge of 2G Rollout for end to end delivery and handing over to FOPs. Responsible for MW Rerouting and traffic shifting activities on newly deployed PTNs/XPIC chains/2nd degree protection on MW BB by super VLANs through GO GLOBAL EMS. Involved in COW’s installation, integration, decommissioning and its movement to other regions as per HQ instructions. Have sound knowledge of BSC/RNC configurations for BTS sites analyzing raised alarms and rectifying proficiently. Responsible for maintaining all activities trackers lying under 3G/4G header (LTE/3G DC/3G/Sector Split/RF filter/RET/4th Sector deployment, PAT/PAC/FAC/BOQ/BOM issuance, MW rerouting/traffic shifting, New XPIC links deployment for capacity enhancements/SW upgrades PAT/PAC/FAC issuance).

 Involved in ZTE MOBILINK swap project in Center region.
 Have sound knowledge on ZTE BTS/MW solutions.
 Have adequate knowledge on Alcatel Lucent, NEC and Ericsson BTS equipment.

 Managing all the activities involving deployment starting from attending to customer, PIP, movement of teams, ensuring completion of links, SDR Swap and regular reporting to concerned authorities.
