Candidates Recommendation System using Artificial Intelligent e-Recruitment, a Mobile application intended to facilitate both jobseeker and recruiter. The system is a bidirectional recommendation between jobseeker and job. The system will facilitate jobseekers to hunt different job opportunities easily and in an efficient manner. Our goal is to provide a job seeking platform where users can find any job according to their skills, interests and on location based. We intend to integrate all job opportunities in one platform and people will be able to easily grab and apply for different job opportunities. The system provides an optimized search facility to users to find jobs that best match their skill set easily and effectively. Two viewpoints are distinguished: from recruiters and job-seekers: Jobseekers’ viewpoint: For a job-seeker, the job with higher matching degree should be recommended to him. Similarly, in case of job the job-seeker with higher matching degree should be recommended to it. Which implies that system will rank job-seekers and jobs and will recommend either top n candidates that are best fit for a job or will recommend top n jobs that matches with job-seeker criterion. Recruiter’s viewpoint: System will be assisting recruiters to shortlist candidate resumes list. It mines resumes to extract features of candidate profiles such as skills, education, and experience. It used information retrieval techniques to rank applicants for a given job position. For each job profile, the system ranks candidates based on the similarity between job profile and candidates resumes. The ranking can be refined by adding filtering criteria.
