· Daily Download Upload and Record Employees Attendance By Time Machine Software and SAP Software, Control employees leaves.
· Maintain daily employees Over-Time and Shift Management by ERP (Sap Software).
· Record and update employees Loan by ERP (Sap Software.)
· Prepare Monthly Payroll of all worker of the factory by ERP (Sap Software).
· Calculate employees final Settlement and forward to Accounts dept.
Prepare all HR reports Daily, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual.
· Prepare Monthly Payroll of Area Office and Reconcile and Final Branches Payroll. And Calculate employees final Settlement.
· Record Fix Asset Register and Calculated Depreciation Monthly Basis.
