Internee As Dispatch Manager
Following was my work experience there at Boss
First Week
At the first week of internship I learn how to use the Boss Moulded Furniture
software and also taught about how to login the user login given to the Dispatch
Manger office for making Delivery Challan for against every sale order is
complete. And also meet with the head of wharehouse department and there staff
members.
Second Week
At the start of second week Mr. Hassan taught me about the Delivery
challan, how to make the D.C for every Sale order make and complete.
Enter the sale order number like 20-1245
Check the name of the sale order customer and their address.
If the customer name is same with order then check the quantity and
which products are not deliver and which or not, i9f some are not deliver
then delete these items. After that calculate the total quantity of the
delivered items.
When D.C is complete then print two copies of that D.C one is given to
the driver of the vehicle who deliver the items to the customer/dealers.
And charge the loading charges from the vehicles drivers according to
their vehicles. Like 24-----700

Third Week
In third week of the internship Mr. Hassan taught me how to make D.C for theGround of the Boss Moulded Furniture. And also how to enter the transfer for the
Boss Outlets in the Gujranwala and for other cities of the country. And also learn
how to enter transfer from the GD-8 to Boss head office.
Fourth Week
At the last week of my internship Mr.Hassan taught me how to make the daily
Dispatch Report for the working of Accounts and Audit departments. And also
handle the complete procedure of the Dispatch manger
Error of Software
After this, software got the error, software makers are called to eliminate this
disturbing error which had been disturbing the work after every 10 minutes. This
matter was cleared in two hours and an incidence of this kind never happened
again.

Learn a lot on Field experience and also on outlet.
