Responsibilities/Accomplishments
·Monitor, supervise and ensure overall effectiveness of IT components at GPLM for smooth function of library.
·Monitor / maintain of logs of all data center network devices and reporting about critical warnings (to incl temp wngs, Un-authorize access, Power Sup Failures, Memory Usage).
·Extension of network to new user estbs, as per auth design and policy. Config of backups for all the network devices.
·Update on ongoing repair / maintain works related to IT / control egpt. Update and maintain network flow diagrams.
·Daily inspection of CCTV / PTZ camera visuals in control room and reporting of faults, if any.
·Maintain close liaison with concerned reps ex Data Center / 10 Sigs Bn for rectification of the faults, if any.
.Ensure smooth func of IT eqpt incl computer sys, audio / video trg aids and provision of internet to the clients
IT Manager/Network Administrator
Monitoring Daily operations, including Networks, server’s hardware, software and operating systems. Coordinating technology installation up gradation and maintenance.
VMware sphere 6.x Host Profiles, Virtual Machine Templates, building and provisioning Virtual Machines, Snapshots, sphere Automation via task scheduler.
Managing and configuring the company’s Systems & Networks LAN/WAN which consists Cisco Switches configured , VTP, Cisco Series Routers with VLANs, MAC based authentication configured with OSPF to route within different offices, ACL’s to filter traffic.
Configured VOIP with 200 Telephone extensions & 24 FXO Port & Joined it with Analog PBX Exchange.
CCTV Surveillance security manage and maintain CCTV’s.
Testing and troubleshooting Networks and Information systems so they operate effectively.
