Providing daily administrative support to faculty (e.g., composing and editing correspondence, memoranda, reports, lecture/course materials, presentations and cases; some translation and transcription; assisting with travel arrangements/ general logistical support; managing faculty reimbursement requests; coordinating meetings; ordering supplies; etc.).
Handling routine day to day miscellaneous inquiries and requests; and managing special projects and providing support and back-up for other team members.
Managing and arranging of national and international events and conferences out of hospital.
Typing of all reports and other documents, including training manuals, SOP’s etc.
Printing of blood donor reports and certificates and sending it to the
corporate partners according to the SOP.
Keep detail records of blood drives held.
Keeping record of donor registration.
Keeping track of ordering levels and maintains supply of all motivational material.
Photocopying and printing various documents.
Sending Posters and other camp material to the camp site.
Ordering and maintaining office stationary and equipment.
Delivery of marketing collaterals to the camp site in case of non-availability of the drivers.
Taking demographics and questionnaire in donor selection.
Dealing with blood donors at camp sites for customer service.
Maintain and update face book.
Sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post.
Serves patients by greeting and helping them; scheduling appointments; maintaining records and accounts.
Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Optimizes patients\' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient\'s arrival; reviewing service delivery compared to schedule; reminding provider of service delays.
Comforts patients by anticipating patients\' anxieties; answering patients\' questions; maintaining the reception area.
Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.
Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
Obtains revenue by recording and updating financial information; recording and collecting patient charges; controlling credit extended to patients; filing, collecting, and expediting third-party claims.
Maintains business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; scheduling equipment service and repairs.
Helps patients in distress by responding to emergencies.
Protects patients\' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
