Initiates enforcement actions against non-complaint companies.
Research on international best practices w.r.t. imposition of fines /penalties and Listing of Securities by way of Restructuring Process on the listed companies in contravention of the requirements of Regulations and recommended suggestions to strengthen it with prime focus to safeguard the interest of the investor.
