 Preparation of Scope of Supply/Exclusions & Technical Bid Evaluations of Projects.

 Perform design calculation, based on design code, software’s and standard engineering practices.

 Pressure Vessels Calculations as per ASME Section VIII-1, using software COMPRESS and assist detailer in generation of Bowsers, LPG Bullets.

 Generate repair Procedures for “R” Stamp Jobs.

 Tanks Calculations as per API 650, using software Intergraph Tank and assist detailer in generation of fabrication drawings.
 Preparation/Checking of TDCs (Technical Delivery Conditions) according to Project Specifications & Relevant Code.

 Ensures that problems in technical areas/ information and this interpretation are clearly identified and dealt promptly.

 Technical evaluation of vendor items and ensures that they are in accordance with design specifications and Client requirements.

 Preparation/Checking of BOM/BOQ for Steel Structures, Boilers and Pressure Vessels as per Drawings and Calculations.
 Generate BOQ of Static Equipment for generation of Technical proposals.

 Follow Client Procedures and ensure its compliance in design Documents.

 Perform Calculations of Mechanical Structures and assist detailers in generation of Foundation Loading Drawings for Boilers, Equipment's, Tanks, & Structures for Civil Work.

 Identify & implement improvement in products/ procedures as follows;
o Identify opportunities for improvement in design/ products.
o Evaluate proposed changes for benefits / disadvantages.
o Maintain record for all non-conformances related to design specific to projects.

 Pressure parts calculations of boilers and Hot water Heater (water tube, fire tube, HRSG's) as per ASME Section I, ASME Section IV, TRD, EN-12953 for 3rd Party Inspection/Approval.
 Pressure Vessels Calculations as per ASME Section VIII-1, using software COMPRESS and PV-Elite.
 Steel Stacks Design Calculations as per STS-1 using software STACKDESK.
 Preparation/Checking of TDCs (Technical Delivery Conditions) and material Specifications according to Project Specifications & Relevant Code.
 Co-ordinate with Process/Project System/Piping/Civil/Instrumentation/Electrical in Finalizing and vetting the Fans, Soot blowers, Mechanical Valves, Control Valves, Instrumentation etc.
 Reviewing Process design on KED (PPST :Power Plant Thermal Design Software) for mechanical inputs
 Perform Calculations of API 650 (above ground storage tanks) and assist detailer in generation of fabrication drawings.
 Coordination with Different Detailing and Drafting Personals Assisting for the Generation of all the fabrication drawings to make sure the compliance with design documents (i-e design calculations, design code(s), project specification)
