The essence of developing a balance personality, in my view, lies in constructive exchange of ideas and thoughts. The Institution is a platform, which provides one with a golden opportunity to do so. At the Institution one gets a chance to explore one’s hidden abilities and strengths. Similarly, the weaknesses are brought into the limelight once one comes across companions of calibre. Working in an organization would provide me with the chance to hold interaction with some of the most intellectually smart and bright people. This will certainly have a great role to play later on my life in particular and the society in general.
