KEY ResponsibilityCreating accurate BOM in ERP.MRP execution in the system.Review the demand generated through the MRP run as per BOM.Implement inventory control measures to reduce wastage and improve inventory turnover.Work closely with the finance department to develop budgets and track actual production costs against budgets.Generation of material purchase requests.Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure on-time delivery of products.Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure products meet established quality standardsReviewing Lead Time, Consumption Trends and Stock LevelsManage inventory levels to optimize working capital while ensuring product availabilityArrangement of materials within the provided lead timeAuthorized to unallocated any material from the order and reallocate to any other order as per urgency or priorityGet the 12-month consumption trend of every material and whenever any materials fulfill the criteria it will transfer to stock-based planningResponsible for reviewing every 6 months MSL-based materials and update stock levels in ERPFoster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and collaboration
