• Provide support to Project lead in data collection, analysis, process mapping and research.
• Assist lead in coordination, documentation and identification of process issues and root cause problems.
• Understand and interpret data collected and present the conclusions in charts, graphs or spreadsheets.
• Provide analytical and business support to projects and initiatives.
• Create AS-IS and TO-BE process maps using Ms-Visio.
• Prepare and present timely updates on project plan, status, cycle and results.
• Plan and execute Functional Diagnostic Review and present the Gap Analysis to the clients.
• Document, analyse and develop Organization Structure, Department Profiles and Position Profiles for implementation as part of Organizational Development.
• Document and critically analyse As-Is Processes for identification of improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and present To-Be Process Flows to the clients for finalization and implementation.
• Critically review, revise and develop various norms, criteria, structures, reports, documents and analytical tools for clients.
• Assist Recruitment Consultant in Executive Search and Placement services.
• Present procedural and other improvements for Gas Purchase Section.
• Prepare and reconcile various reports, records and documents for Gas Purchase and Bid Bonds Section in Finance.
• Manage, reconcile and update Bid Bonds ledger in the system.
• Review yearly balance sheet reconciliation process with the senior management.
• Review and analyse monthly overhead costs reports for the costing department.
• Input JV and general ledger entries for the Accounts Department.
