Intern As Research Associate
Ianalyzedand learned Isolation andExtraction(Both manually and via Medkit) ofDNA & RNA, Examined DNA & RNA on GelElectrophoresis as well as measure them on Nano Drop. I performed test of Microbiology which includes complete Urine Examination, Ziehl-Neelson Staining & Identification of different Microbes from pussamples. I also performed test of Molecular Biology which includes ELISA & Polymerase Chain Reaction(PCR).
