• Supervising and undertaking electrical Works within a commercial environment.
• Overseeing the complete strip out and refurb of a client site.
• Dealing with any technical issues that may arise.
• Carrying out servicing and pre-planned maintenance electrical tasks.
• Ensuring that on site Health & Safety regulations are strictly adhered to.
• Supervising the work of junior and newly qualified personnel.
• Undertaking hands on electrical installation work.
• Making sure that safe working practices are maintained at all times.
• Making sure that work methods are sufficient to meet a projects needs.
• All the testing activities prior to energizing the sub stations from basic inspection to Energisation
• Electrical testing instrument maintenance and related documents.
• Preparing work permits and allocating resources appropriately.
• Planning and scheduling the work in order to reduce time and cost.
• Maintaining daily and weekly progress reports.
• Installing and testing of HV, MV Switchgear Under vendor supervision.
• Diagnose malfunction systems, apparatus and components using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of breakdown and correct the problem.
