·        Lead the successful development, implementation, planning, monitoring and reporting of GAC Funded Oxfam Pakistan Women’s Voice & Leadership Project
·        Identify opportunities for building effective partnerships and developing constructive working relationships with principle stakeholders including partner communities, local government, Govt. agencies and other humanitarian I/NGOs.
·        Ensure that Oxfam/ SDO program interventions are integrated and well-coordinated useful in contributing to overall organization’s goals and mandates
·        Contribute to strategy and proposal development by ensuring that proposals are relevant, contextualized and inclusive of all required support and staffing costs at the field level.
·        Ensure that the programs are appropriately monitored reviewed and evaluated on a continuous basis according to organizational quality standards and in coordination with the Technical specialists, MEAL team Oxfam Pakistan. 
·        Ensure appropriate systems for all aspects of program cycle management are in place ensuring lessons learned are taken into account.
·        Lead the Project Team in ensuring smooth day-to-day running of field operations and ensure that program plans are clearly prioritized and communicated to the operations team effectively;
·        Ensure safeguarding policy is implemented & staff are aware of their role and responsibility under the safeguarding policy
·        Ensure transparency in targeting beneficiaries, delivery of services and participation of beneficiaries and partners in planning and monitoring of process is reflected in program delivery.
·        Ensure the grants are managed as per Organization and donors’ requirement including the quality and timely submission of reports.
·        Responsible for the delivery of high quality, timely reports for donors and internal purposes, as well as the development of relevant case studies, success stories and other documentation.

Leading and Supervising
• Directly supervise the work of UCOs ( Union Council Communication Officers) in the assigned district through frequent field visits, review meetings, appraisals of reports and review of performance.
• Provide supervision and direction to UCO’s in coaching social mobilizers and providing back-stopping support to social mobilizers as needed.
• Planning and Organizing
• Coordinate with the WHO-supported District Polio Eradication Officer (DPEO) to ensure the highest level of planning and implementation of district eradication activities.
• Support of, and participation in, DPEC meetings and support developing and implementing a district-specific social mobilization plan for polio eradication and routine immunization.
• Prepare a district-specific plan of Communication activities, clearly identifying where SM’s are deployed and activities planned.

• Promote and monitor UC and community level activities for polio eradication and routine immunization in reluctant and underserved communities.
