Review and analyze range of reports extracted from enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to understand and interpret data for a range of audiences.
 Strategic demand planning and risk assessment for different regions across the country.
 Collaborates with business unit administration and line managers to produce business and product plans that are profitable; evaluates these plans on a periodic basis.
 Lead the procurement of newly built sister concern pharm company M/s. Pinnacle Biotech.
 Looking after the procurement and planning of active pharmaceutical ingredients (API’s), excipients, packaging material, pharmaceutical equipment’s and general day to day procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
 Managing the procurement of High Risk and High Value Assets for The Aga Khan University Hospital (AKUH) comprising of Construction, Civil, MEP, Landscaping and Kitchen equipment’s.
 Currently handling two Capital Projects, Women and Child Health – Center of Excellence (WCH-CoE) and Expansion of Clifton Medical Services (CMS) along with other on-going Minor Projects.
 Responsible for providing the primary sourcing support for the equipment’s like; Air handling unit, Chiller, VIE tank, cooling tower, Elevator, Fan coil unit and raw materials like; cement, steel, tiles, wood, cables, pumps from both local and foreign sources.
 Do different sort of data analysis and prepare multiple reports as per the requirement of senior management. 

Key Responsibilities:
 Responsible for planning and managing the inventory of MEP, Food service, laundry, IT supplies, construction and Bio-medical. 
 Accountable to ensure product stock is adequate, do forecast and plan accordingly to replenish stock.
 Coordination with Sr. Buyer for timely replenishment of critical items related to the category of Spares and MRO.
 Collaborate with internal customers for NSIR and participate in introducing new stock items as per define criteria.
 Update KPI’s by analyzing various complex reports on monthly basis and present it to the immediate supervisor.
 Coordinate with internal customers (User Departments) for dead and slow moving items for timely removal of obsolete ones to optimize inventory level & reduce cash conversion cycle. 

Key Responsibilities:
 Responsible for sourcing and procurement management of imported trims (Button, Rivet, Zipper, Lather patch, Labels) for brands like; Zara, H&M, Primark, Pull & Bear and Bershka.
 Strong coordination, collaboration and negotiation for managing the logistics with freight forwarders and currier companies for the import shipments either by Air or SEA.
 Managing all the documentation related to imports like; Letter of credit (LC), shipping documents (Commercial invoice, Packing list, Bill of lading or Air waybill) etc.
 Responsible to coordinate with overseas suppliers for timely arrival of import shipments to avoid production losses. 
 Arrange and process clearing and payment documents to relevant departments for timely delivery of shipments.
