Tender Work with all Preparing Documents Control, Proper Filing & Records . Manage the day to day Meeting with clients with arrangement of site Work and Financial Transactions of the company.(Manually & Computerized) Overall planning for Internal & External maters of company, Project Management with all Jobs Done up to Finalization of Payments. Supervise & maintained the whole range of Accounts with ageing AP & AR & Budget Preparation /Cash inflow & Cash Outflow/ Forecasting. Monitor Payroll/WPS and Management Reporting Activity. Internal Audit & External Audit . Manage and making the Inqiery, Quotation, LPO/Work Order Invoice generation Operation & Credit Control. Ensure reconciliation of all Sub Ledgers & General Ledger is performed on regular basis. Ensure General Ledger entries are accurate and are in line with Company Procedures & International Accounting Standards/GAAP.
