• Processing Monthly Payroll• Ensure all expenses, deduction, allowances and claims are adjusted through monthly payroll.• Management of employee database through monthly updates and verifications from respective departments. • Develop and update payroll-related policies and procedures• Supervise preparation and disbursement of Final Settlements • Maintain and update employee’s payroll, all types of leaves as per company policy and procedures.• Update records in respect of change of personnel details as submitted by the employee such as transfer, promotion etc.• Review and verify time sheets showing employees\' arrival and departure times and update attendance.• Resolve employees’ issues on a wide range of subjects, interacting with employees at all levels - Record employee information, such as transfers, and resignations, in order to maintain and update Personnel files.• Maintain updated record of EOBI & SESSI contribution of employees on monthly basis.• Keep records of staff insurance and ensure timely renewal Health Insurance• Maintain updated personnel file and ensure its effectiveness through audit on monthly basis.• Organize and work independently on multiple assigned tasks/projects and complete assignments within specified deadlines
