Leveling of Compressor
Chemical Cleaning / Lube oil and Seal Oil Piping Flushing / Cleaning
Over-All trip tests of Safeties of Compressor (Low inlet + High Inlet + Low Oil Pressure + High Temperature + High Pressure + Auto On / Off + Low Voltage + High Voltage )
Commissioning on Natural Gas
Maintenance & Service of 1500 + 3000 Hours + 6000 Hours+ 7500 Hours
Overhauling of Multistage Compressor at 9000 Hours
Mechanical Seals Inspection, Maintenance, and Installation as per vendor specifications
Refurbishment, Erection, Pre Commissioning and Successful Commissioning Compressor .
Technical Reports writing of Machinery Refurbishment, & Modernization the jobs.
Establishment of Maintenance Schedule of rotary equipments as per Manufacturer Recommendations.
Visits CNG station & Develop maintenance, inspection, installation checklists procedures for Compressor, Motor bearings, preventive maintenance / lubrication schedules and major overhauling plans for CNG plant machines.
WORKING ON SDMO DG SET COMMISSIONING AND ROTUNE MAINTENCES OF SDMO GENERATOR SET, 3 KVA TO 500 KVA DG SETS. Working on KOHLAR Gas Generator AND MONTHLY VISITS OF INSTALLED DG SETS IN ALL KPK.
