I have working experience asexecutive Monitoring and evaluation at PPHI Mirpurkhas Peoples primary Healthcare initiatives and working since May-2007 to june 2012. To serve poor pubilc of ruaral areas about primary healthcare centers, to provide Prevention from disease, cure and necessary medical services delivery at Health facilities, Monitor the staff of 100 Health facilities , their needs about health facilities, patients and children. monitored the Polio campaigns , NIDs, Routeen immunization To work for Mother and Child , for family planning. To collect data gathering mechanism, consolidating data. Regular communicates with field office staff.Participates in the monitoring and surveys, and evaluations. Monitor the integration of these activities in project implementation and Assist with the management and supervision of field data collection processes for monitoring and evaluation, backstopping the field office staff when necessary.Organize and facilitate training events for the field staff and with related officers and ensure that training methods are properly followed.Ensure regular and timely reporting from partners by monitoring.Formation of Health Committees at Facility level, and conduct school and community health sessions.
