- Nationwide Warehouse, Distributors and Suppliers audits and Qualification.
- Conduct GAP analysis & CAPA Tracker of Suppliers and Distributors nationwide.
- Follow up visits of Suppliers and Distributors nationwide.
- Nationwide audit of Suppliers and Distributors.
- Internal Audit of Hilal 1 (Confectionary) & Hilal 2 (Baking).
- GAP analysis & follow ups of Hilal 1 & Hilal 2.
- Lean Projects.
- Implementation of Lean tools

Duties & responsibilities: ∑ Designing, development & Complianceof quality standards, SOPs,Process Flows,work Instructions & quality tools. ∑ Monitoring and verification of product manufacturing cycle/Process Flows. ∑ Designing & Compliance of globally practicing Quality Tool “Quality Agreement, Acceptable Quality Level(AQL)& related required documents” country-wise. ∑ Overallresponsibilities of Quality (Export)activities from receiving of Materialto stuffing of finished products. ∑ Conducted Awareness Session on“5S”. ∑ Manage accredited inspection body of clients at factory premises. ∑ Perform follow-ups to non-conformances foundand carrying root cause analysisfor corrective, preventive actions & process improvement. ∑ Internal auditing of HACCP, ISO 9001, HACCP & ISO22000: 2005 and Halal. (2011 to present). ∑ Designing & reviewing of export shift reports prepared by Q.AO &Inspectors. ∑ Effective coordination with management for smooth & efficient work flow regarding Quality systemExport. ∑ Works on Process Improvement Projects. ∑ Providingimmediate feedback to immediate Line Managers (Hilal-1 (Confectionery), Hilal-2 (Baking)& Shalimar) & to Head of Departments (Quality, Export, Production, Supply Chain, Security and Admin) in case of abnormality. ∑ Preparation of “Goods forSale”(Global Implementing Tools for New Product Development& Existing Product Development) including ICT(Internal Consumer Testing).
