PQA audit for all units Warehouse to Shipment, Audit & verified all running technical files and reports, Verify and confirm Procedure and SOP. Training for JD’s & KPI’s, keeping a record, and established PQA rating weekly wise. To maintain all records for daily training all other relevant files, Arrange & manage training schedule department-wise, Make CAP against poor QMS system.

To supervise all food-related inspections, collect samples and send them to the testing lab, Ensure the quality of goods as per customer requirement, do all the inspection-related documentation and coordinate with my HOD for any special instruction about a particular customer. If the quality of goods is satisfying, clear and forward the goods for export. Work to redesign the process and try to get Operational Excellence.
