My working experience with the UN, government departments, INGOs, NGOs, donors, civil society organizations, private school associations, schools and teachers have skilled me to apply for the advertised vacancy. The last 8 years have been professionally rewarding me, as my work took me to remote areas of Pakistan and allowed me to get out of my comfort zone of urban centres and develop good working relationships with UN agencies, INGOs, NGOs, government, civil society partner organizations and schools. Through these years, I have gathered extensive experience in data collection, data analysis, assessments, assisting in tools development and program management, organizing events and training, information management, monitoring, conducting training for teachers and refugee children who belong to internally displaced families.

-Involved in extensive marketing efforts to promote SASI among medium to low-cost private schools’ (LCPS) market in Islamabad, Rawalpindi and KPK.
-Actively involved in creating partnerships with LCPS and educational service providers.
-Part of school assessment and tools designing team. Primarily involved in conducting classroom assessments, financial and management audit.
-In charge of assessment data entry and calculating statistical figures for report analysis.
-Organized SASI Marketplace, Leadership Workshop & Information Session for LCPS Heads, and Launch of SASI Internal Improvement Toolkit and conducting training sessions as a co-trainer in Teachers Without Frontiers (TWF) Program.
- Involved in data collection through surveys for SASI Market Research & ASER (Annual Status of Education Report).
