1. Determine of  time requirements for project construction, implementation and supervision.
2. Preparation of detailed cost estimate, planning, BOQs & designs implementation and technical feasibility of infrastructure schemes.
3. Reporting the progress of the ongoing schemes to line manager with details of why the project ahead/behind schedule at all times.
4. Supervision of constructions, carry out quality control inspections and monitor progress.
5. Developing of drawings, bills of quantities and detail materials list for Schemes.
6. Provide basic technical training to the local communities for the sustainability and construction of the Schemes.
7. Hand over the WASH infrastructure schemes to community-based organizations or committees.
8. Monitor the contractor\'s work including the work plans and quality of work.
9. Identification of those villages where sanitation activities are not taking place, and work towards ensuring that these locations are covered appropriately.
10. Assist the Project Manager in other tasks and perform other related duties as required by the Senior Management.

Supervise installation and start-up of operations of all construction activities·       
Prepare technical BOQs and ensure that all construction work is implemented as per approved designs and engineering standard also share with relevent government department if necessary·   
Conduct technical feasibilities for WASH and community infrastructure schemes·

Ensure storage and delivery of related materials, equipments, tools and consumbles of work site and maintenance of proper records·        
Conduct monthly evaluation of program activities to determine the success of interventions, write routine progress reports and recommend changes in program activities to project officer·

Identification of challenges in the field and take positive steps for coping with the challenges·        
Establish strong liaison with the all relevent departments·      
Preparation of workplans for all construction work·

Conducted frequent field monitoring of the assigned schemes.
Conduct different assessments /surveys for HP, SPP, TW, Pipe lines and Latrines construction activities using agreed tools and ensured the data collection with focus on technical aspects of the activities. 
Write regular field visit, weekly and Monthly activity reports and submit to the Project Manager including updates on field visit, issues /challenges and possible solution / recommendation.
During project time on daily basis visited field sites to carry out progress, process and technical monitoring as per project requirements.
