Working as an Acting Plant Manager at DPS site Ager Textile Power House (CPP), kotri Hyderabad since February 2018.
Agar Textile Power house is 14 MW Captive Power plant (CPP). It Comprise of 7X2MW gas operated MWM TCG 2020V20 (each capacity 2 MW) German engines.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all daily operations of the power plant to ensuring policies and procedures are followed, with the objective to increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
• Stay up to date with the best practices and concepts in production management.
• Manage optimum operation and maintenance of all Plant equipment within prescribed operating parameters in electrical, mechanical and other areas of production.
• Ensure the stated safety procedures and workplace practices are implemented and adhered to at the Plant.
• Ensure smooth operations and achieve efficient, effective and within budget.
• Evaluate and finalize the offers and quotations submitted by various suppliers and vendors.

Worked as Electrical Engineer at site Ager Textile Power House (CPP) [Fuel: Natural Gas] (14 MW), Kotri and Altern Energy Limited IPP [Fuel: Natural Gas] (32 MW) Fateh Jang.
• Supervise customers & HESCO issues.
• Ensure company Mission, Vision and Values are understood and followed by all staff.
• Regular visits to others project sites to carry out preventive/corrective maintenance, monitoring, investigation and decisions making.
• Working as ISO Coordinator for implementation and improvements and of ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 & IMS standards at DPS South region sites.
• Responsibility also included preparation of annually / monthly reports and maintenance schedule.
• In charge of planning and scheduling resources of electrical & mechanical in maintenance division.
• Managed material and manpower resource to accomplish corrective & preventive jobs.
• Conducted major over-hauling of Engines & auxiliaries.

• Responsible for assigning duties and work permit in maintenance as well as in operation department
• Responsibility also included preparation of monthly maintenance schedule and line loss reports
• In charge of planning and scheduling resources of electrical workshop in maintenance division

• Fault Analysis of Alternators (GAC System, AVR excitation system, PLC control system, VCB Trolleys), Motors, Transformers inverters, maintenance of control Sources, Temperature Switches, Level Switches, C.Ts, P.Ts and Thermocouples.
