Key Responsibilities:
❖ Responsible for documentation, implementation and maintaining of ISO 22000-2018, FSSC 22000 v5, Halal management system (PS 3733-2019).
❖ Conduct supplier audit against set standards
❖ Customer visits and complaints handling
❖ Conduct customer feedback analysis
❖ Conduct internal audits to check compliance with FSMS
❖ Conduct trainings of employees i.e. GMPs ,GHPs, HACCP
❖ Inspection of raw material and finished goods and prepare checklists
❖ Assure the quality of pet preforms, pet bottles and closures
❖ Conduct Lab tests i.e. IV test, Torque test, top load test, burst test, dimensional analyses
❖ Conduct water analyses
Key Responsibilities:
❖ Conduct supplier audit to check compliance with set standards.
❖ Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance of food safety standards.
❖ Combine product evaluation with customers.
❖ Customer visits and complaints handling.
❖ Conduct customer feedback analysis.
❖ Check the quality of raw material like flour, yeast, other ingredients etc.
❖ Conduct lab tests to ensure the quality of the flour which is being used for bread production.
❖ Supervise all the production processes like mixing, molding, proofing, baking and final packaging to assure the smoothing running of processes and homogenous quality of the product.
❖ Prepare daily checklists for mixing time and temperature, proofing time, humidity and temperature, baking time and temperature, final packaging weight.
❖ To monitor all the critical control points and maintains documented records.
❖ Maintains records of SOPs, product specifications, and equipment calibrations.
❖ Maintain the GMPs and prepare checklists to ensure the hygiene of the production process.
❖ To check the quality of the packaging material.
❖ Monitor packaging process to ensure correct labeling, date coding, and correct packaging.
❖ To check the quality of finished goods before final dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
❖ To take full responsibility of the shift in terms of management of production and quality targets and to ensure the smooth running of the production processes.
❖ Coordinating shifts, arranging schedules, and monitoring employee performance.
❖ Conduct lab analysis related for raw milk, inspection of packaging material, finished goods that are produced in the site.
❖ Maintain the GMPs and prepare checklists to ensure the hygiene of the production process.
❖ To standardize the batch in conformance to specified standards to ensure the homogenous quality of the products.
❖ Monitor production processing and assist operators in making adjustments to processing methods during production to improve product quality & consistency.
❖ To identify critical control points and establish critical limits in order to avoid food safety hazards.
❖ To extract tests samples during the process to ensure the consistency of the products to specified standards.
❖ Monitor packaging process to ensure correct labeling, date coding, and correct packaging.
❖ Organoleptic tests of finished goods to ensure acceptance to standards.
❖ Conduct microbiological analysis of the finished products and compiling daily micro result report. ❖ Ensure that all products are analyzed and released as per the company standards and mandatory requirement
