Service Engineer (Mechanical Rotating Equipment)
As a Service Engineer, my responsibilities are
To Plan, Supervise and develop adequate procedures for Inspection(Visual, Technical) and Maintenance(Preventive, Corrective) Services of Electric Motor-driven Positive Displacement (i.e. Slide Vane, Screw, Diaphragm) and Dynamic(i.e. Centrifugal) Pumps, Electric Motor-Driven and Engine Driven Fire Fighting Pumps and Diesel, Petrol and Gas Engine driven Electric Generator sets at the site/ Workshop.
Installation, Commissioning and Configuration of Motor-driven Product Pumps, Fire Fighting Pumps System, and Electric Generator set at Site.
To organize workshop activities, such as overhauling of Generator sets, Fire Fighting equipment, Belt-driven Air Compressors, and other repair works.
Planning and Execution of Inspection of Pneumatic loading arms (DKI System) and Electrical Resistance Testing of continuous and discontinuous Hose pipes i.e (Darson, Alfagomma, OPW) at Site.
To sustain a safe environment in compliance with company HSE policy and ERP, Report NM/PI, Conduct TBT, To Prepare, Maintain Services, and HSSE records. RA/JHA, Safety Inspection, and Safety Induction before job execution.
To Prepare, Maintain Services, and HSSE records.
Internship
Reverse Osmosis Plant company, that installs RO Plants and look after services and Clean in Process (CIP) of Plant.
