Scope of Work: All activities related to projects like; Planning, Execution, Progress Controlling & Monitoring. I am responsible for the following types of work; HVACR Systems, Electrical work, Fabrication work, BMS, EMS, WLDS, Fire Safety, Civil work, Data Center Equipment, and others. Heading almost 30 persons of technical staff including Site Managers, Engineers, Supervisors and Technicians and lot of sub-contractors. Being a regional manager, I am responsible for Central Region (Lahore).

ð  Projects: Being a regional manager, currently handling 03 government projects almost a worth of Rs: 1.6 billion and 02 projects in pipeline.   
ð  Project is running smoothly and according to the given scope of work.
ð  Planning & Scheduling: A mandatory and very important activity for any project. I planned all the above-mentioned projects and also many more in past. Have made schedules of all activities. Normally, I use the MS Project tool to schedule tasks and activities.
ð  Monitoring & Controlling: I receive daily project reports of activities and ensure that all work is according to schedule. I ensure the quality of work according to Scope of Work
ð  Ordering: I support in the ordering of equipment to verify specifications and quantities according to requirement. It is my responsibility to provide alternative solutions if required equipment is not available.
ð  Budgeting: I verify all BOQs and scope of work if it is according to the agreement or not. Suitable budgeting and allocation of capital to maintain profitability of company.
ð  Technical Support: I have almost 20 years of experience in different types of engineering fields. Definitely, I have been providing technical support in the ongoing activities of projects.
ð  Conflict Management: I have been handling conflicts between clients and service providers. It is my prior responsibility to resolve the issues during project work like; timelines, SOW, Quality of Work, technical matters, and coordination issues.
ð  Health & Safety: I am very strict on health and safety. Not an single major accident happens in my working area. I can’t allow anybody to go to work without PPEs and without reading safety instructions. All SOPs must be followed and implemented.

Ensuring staffing levels are maintained so that there is adequate cover of the department at all times. Planning, managing and controlling the maintenance budget. Responsible for the recruitment, retention and development of all maintenance staff. Monitoring outside contractors repair work to ensure value for money. Ensuring Preventive Maintenance and over hauling of all installed equipment according to standards. Conducting regular site visits to ensure optimal maintenance performance. Ensuring that all statutory maintenance and testing is carried out to the relevant standards and properly recorded.

Plant Preventive maintenance (Trouble shooting, Predictive maintenance, Periodic/Scheduled maintenance) and operation management of industrial diesel engines, air compressors, chiller plant, cooling towers, pipe manufacturing mills and pumps. Spare parts & inventory management. Electrical distribution & Load Management.

Ensuring operation and Maintenance of Diesel & Gas Power House, Air Compressors, pumps, LPG & SNG plant and other utilities. Installed HVACR Systems. Monitoring utility Load Management. Installation of Electrical equipment. Dealing with contractors and fabricators according to projects. Preparing of drawings & Layouts, BOQs and price negotiation.

Performed operation & maintenance of 20 MW steam generation power house, steam generators plant 380 ton/hr., sugar mill more than 12000 ton/d crushing, pumps, steam turbines and other auxiliary equipment. Performed project work from start to completion for a new sugar mill and supervised areas like; Steam Power House, Boiler Plant, Mill Section and Pumping Equipment. Dealing with contractors, price meetings (negotiation), material quantity, and demand orders.

Performed Complete over hauling & maintenance of Engines like, Major Over – hauling, Top End Over – hauling, Testing and Calibration. Maintenance of pumps and water turbines. Trouble shooting and workshop maintenance.
