Mr. Feroz Malik is a post graduate in Social Work and has multiple experiences in organizing, managing important training, looking after various administrative functions for community development projects. As District Level supervisor Mr. Feroz Malik has established and trained numbers of womenacircs organizations in rural area to reduce malnutrition deficiencies of female children by following guidelines given by the project management. Worked in health education related projects in coordination with Ministry of Social Welfare amp Special Education, Aga Khan University, Pakistan Baitulmal and District Governments. Has experience to control, monitor, evaluate and implement various administrative and social activities for community development.Mr.Feroz Malik has also working experience of stores accounting, inventory management and logistic support services of public and private sectors.

Mr.Feroz Malik is a dedicated social organizer who has maintained good relations with government functionaries and NGOs.

I have more than 08 years of experience relating to community development, project planning, monitoring program/project activities and human resource management in the remote areas of District Muzaffar Garh Dera Ghazi khan Sahiwal, Mardan, Murree,and Badin Sindh. I am interested in using sustainable community development approaches in rural and urban areas to facilitate social development. I have substantial experience in education issues and social inclusion, especially with indigenous communities groups, neglected amp marginalized communities. In addition, I worked in the areas poverty amp livelihood initiatives for communities in difficult circumstances, youth, networks formation, advocacy campaigns and social management training initiatives. I have diversified experience, which ranges from successful institutional capacity development, program planning and project implementation. I have sound analytical and research capabilities through analysis and evaluation of primary source documentation as well as secondary source information.
