· Responsible for all the Supplies and Services of all units except Spinning Division.
· Determine key supply chain KPIs and Suggest solutions for process improvements.
· Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth.
· Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
· Liaises with end users to determine their product and service needs.
· Negotiation with suppliers to get best product with best price with minimal lead time.
· Training and supervision of supply chain team (4 Persons).
· Organization and prioritization of purchasing activities
· Monitoring and updating purchase orders as well as tracking of the costs and delivery dates to compare them with the agreements.
· Preparation of forecasts on changes in the market or price as well as on the own demands
