· Responsible to manage accounts payable and payment to vendors and its posting to Oracle EBS.
· Cash Management and posting of related transaction on Fuorgen and Oracle EBS.
· Daily petty cash reconciliation and its reporting to Manager Finance at Head Office.
· Responsible to handle and report to HO, any Purchase Order (PO) related issues.
· Processing of payments against Advance Form, for purchase of FMCG products and the related posting and processing in EBS (E-Business Suit).
· Monthly Reconciliation of Vendor’s Ledger Account with EBS.
