 Ensure Emergency Preparedness activities are coordinated with institutions and implemented with high-quality standards.
 Liaison and coordinate the AKDN National Safety Officers program with institutions through designated Safety Officers.
 Play a lead role in managing the AKDN shakeout Program throughout the country as a focal point for regions and ensure implementation in the central region.
 Review and consolidate MCM Plan for AKAH Pakistan. Pilot the plan with regions on an annual basis.
 Review disaster response policies and SoPs for finalization and approval of the Emergency Management Head.
 Develop disaster assessment reports, response proposals, and implementation strategies during disaster responses and prepare post-project donor reports.
 Maintain disaster response data with the help of Manager GIS to improve AKAH\'s disaster assessment reports and timely resources for response.
 Work as a focal person for handling/managing crises and play a lead role in the event of a National Emergency Operation Centre being created.
 Work in close conjunction and coordination with governmental agencies and other stakeholders in crisis management.
 Develop strategies for the capacity and preparedness of the community and AKDN institutions on crisis planning and response.
 Partner in developing a database for volunteers, communities at risk, and vulnerable groups and designing such training and capacity enhancement programs for the communities.
 Maintain data of all community and regional stockpiles, CERTs, SART, and DART members.
