I had been working as English and social studies teacher and coordinator in the secondary section during my tenure i arranged many training courses for the teachers and worked on student grooming and awareness of parents.During my job i always preffered to learn and implement the new strategies to excell my career. I always involved in student development programmes and inquisitive to make my teaching more effective by adding activities and consoldation work sheets to transfer the knowledge into the minds of my students and achieve the objectives of my lesson .
my exemplary style of teaching and cattering the basic needs of students had provided and blessed me with respect in the circle of students, my colleagues and my administration.I was the part of Pak Turk school in2005 to 2007at the beginning of my carrer ehen i was not professionally too strong but Alhamdulilah now i have a stable position and learnt a lot from others experiences and my professional training.i trained my students for declaration,debates and speeches.i wrote articles for mh college journal in bi languages .I designed workdheets on the pattern of Bloom\'s Taxonomy. I was the participant of many workshops during my 17 years of career and still has thirst to learn more and do more in this education industry.during my career i have been awarded with many commendation certificates by my administrators. I remained active for inhouse training of the teachers. I have the positive work ethics.I am very passionate and and dedication for my profession i can cope with the multiple tasks single handily. I am confident in public dealing and always enjoy to inculcate knowledge in my students.i sm well aware of the corporate etiquette i can sustain organizational pressure and try my best to overcome the new challenges of workplace. I may not be the perfect full of weaknesses but still thrive to learn more and can work passionately with dedication utilizing all my abilities to groom my students ibelieve .
