概要
I am currently working at MCB BANK LTD. My key job area consist of operational work at the bank and i was selected as a MT at the Organization.
I have rotated during the course of my training period, and now finally been posted to MCB Tower as HR Officer.
My key areas at work includes managing work related tasks, ensuring Employee Satisfaction, Maintaining healthy and interactive relations with employees and ensuring all their grievances are coordinated timely and resolved.Also, in order to ensure compliance policies are strictly adhered and timely communicated to the relavant ones in order to maintain smooth working and avoiding exceptional approvals.
Similarly TNA assessments are also done and according to the need of employees, various trainings are arranged on in house and ex house basis by the bank.
