Being an part of team i have worked as an assistant site engineer at the Project of Metro Bus construction in Islamabad. Resposible to supervise the team and manage the construction work as per drawings included guidelines to forman and monitor the Labour for implementation of planed activities towards construction e. g preparing of raw material as requires amount for work on layouts, conducting measurements with coordination of forman on area needs to be completion of work, checking the quality of material as per POs, managing the offloading, loading of material at sites, coordination with contractors towards the perfomance at site, physical visits time to time or as needed on different stations, allocation of job to the contractors assigned tasks to contractors for completion of work within time frame.
Responsible to take daily attendance report from all stations through subsite forman, disbursement of cash, petty cash to staff, keeping records of all correspondance related to routine activity, reporting to Head office Lahore.

Responsible to supervise at site of Construction named Dr. IRAM SHEHZAD HOSPITAL held in Sialkot, lookafter of civil work at site guidance to Masson to work according the drawings, checking the quality of material as advised by the management, use of material by the massons and labourer quantity required for work etc. coordination with back office regarding the quries relevant to site, material requests, and reporting the progress of daily task.
