Key responsibilities:-


1. Participates in need assessments, Participatory Rural Appraisals, feasibility studies,
stakeholder analyzes and community consultations;

2. Assist team in cash distribution activities at the distribution point.

3. Mobilize communities for the prioritizing of recovery activities and strategies.

4. Identifies unskilled and skilled Cash For Work beneficiaries in close cooperation
with the steering committee.

5. Participate in cash distributions whenever required.

6. Ensure on time completion of the tasks as per management guideline.

PROJECT NAME: \\\"Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM)

Location: Sukkur Districts 

Key responsibilities:-

• Identify reliable sources of information/key informants to collect relevant information;

• Conduct DTM/FM assessment at Zone, Woreda and flow monitoring points (FMPs), according to the operation planning led by the DTM Coordinator;

• Assess the situation at high mobility areas and FMPs through direct observation and triangulate the information to facilitate analysis;

• Ensure the quality of the information collected and systematically verify and correct the questionnaire/form at the end of the interview/registration;

• Collect GPS points of the FMPs and infrastructures (if needed);

• Liaise with various humanitarian and governmental partners in the field;

•To ensure accurate information are collected in the field and provide best data on both IDPs and returnees in all accessible locations in state within the stipulated time frame.

• Prepare activity implementation plan and discuss the required resources to undertake the activity
• Ensure the community participation the project activities
• Form / re-organise Community Based organizations (CBOs) male/female
• Conduct Village mapping/profiling through different PRA tools (i.e. is BBCMs, Mapping/profile, conflict resolution wealth ranking etc.
• Mobilize community and orient project and organizations\' mandate
Work with community members to map and prioritize community needs
• Identify and organize appropriate capacity building, and technical resources to support project implementation.
• Ensure efficient and effective implementation of Food Security, Livelihoods and WASH related interventions at community level.
• Write regular weekly, monthly and other reports (as per suggestion and need)
• Facilitation and support in conducting the awareness sessions
•Mobilize community groups, sensitize and train them on specific topics as required, organize and facilitate meetings.
•Mobilize communities for cash disbursement at designated cash disbursement points.
